As a Licensed Telesales Agent, you will work with callers to understand their needs and analyze their situation to help them identify and secure a sensible healthcare plan. You will report to one of our Nationally recognized Sales Coaches and will collaborate frequently with your fellow agents.

In this role you will:

Show up every single day ready to move mountains
Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients
Work a robust pool of warm, organic leads and convert them into Raving Fans of
Proactively call out to existing clients to deepen our relationship, consult with them and serve as their advisor
Ask appropriate questions and actively listen to assess the distinct needs of a prospect
Explain the differences and assist callers in choosing the best healthcare plan for their situation
Assist the prospect in completion of the enrollment application over the phone with complete, accurate and required information, consistent with product requirements and enrollment guidelines
Meet the goals established for the position: sales quota, attendance and other performance criteria
Meet and maintain requirements for agent licensing, appointments, and annual product certification
Handle interruptions and constantly changing priorities effectively and with grace

Active CA Health & Life License (or ability and motivation to obtain)
Strategic thinker with a Closer’s mindset
1+ years of sales experience
Top-notch closing ability is a must
Top-notch customer service skills are a must

Ability to think out of the box and on your feet
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
